Why is womens International football matches not advertised as the womens team?

Im sorry but many times i put the game on because i see it advertised expecting it to be a mens game to find its womens this also happens with fa cup games. I get they wanna make women equal to men but im not a fan of the womens game we have national womens day yet we are not recognising the fact they are women its massively contradictory
