Game 1 end credits song?

A poem turned to song for a future game

My first attempt at a poem. This took me quite a few weeks to write and fine tune to my liking. I took a weird approach. I attempted to have it where either me (narrator) or the player is the one talking to the main character as she dies at the end of the first game.

Title: The End Of All Light (Version 2)

Look at you Beaten and broken.

A shell of yourself. You once had a story.

You once had a future, It was so bright. Then the horrors arrived, executing that light.

Despite having no hope, you tried to fight it. But it was not enough, it was never enough!

Look at everyone. Their pain has ended. Their future, Fading.

I see you fading as well. There is nothing left, no future.

The darkness has won!
