Eureka Mignon vs DF54/64/XX vs Encore ESP PRO? [<$400]

Which would be the best grinder for the price? One of the eureka grinders, one of the DF grinders, or the upcoming esp PRO?

I currently have an encore esp and looking to upgrade.
