Guys, I need help choosing a 1440p monitor.

Hi everyone, I work as a programmer, and sometimes play games. The main requirement for the monitor is that it should not wobble when typing and moving the mouse, my eyes hurt because of this. My current monitor is AOC 24G2U5 / BK, and there are no such problems with it. I am choosing between ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQL3A and ASUS TUF Gaming VG27WQ3B. Tell me, which one is better for my requirements? If you own one of these monitors, please tell me, does it wobble? If they are both bad, I will be glad if you recommend good monitors!
