Accidentally left mods enabled in Honor Mode

I'm trying to get the Foehammer achievement. I have two different save files and mods installed and I've been manually disabling them to play my honor mode file, but yesterday I accidentally skipped through that screen and left them enabled. I immediately exited the game and reloaded with them disabled, but now I'm wondering if this is going to prevent me from getting the achievement/gold dice. Anyone know about this?
