[18/M] [Friendship] Looking to meet some interesting people... again :D

Looking for: 18-20

Right, I'm terrible at this stuff, but let's give this another go! Please note that I'm happy to speak to people a year or so each side of that age range flair (ideally 16-19, but happy to talk to 20/21 y/os as well)

I'll start with some introductions. Hi hi hello bonjour etc. You can call me "N" for now, I'm an 18 year old lad and I live in the North East of England, I won't be too specific but you can quite easily figure out where if you were bothered. My interests mainly include motorsport/going out for drives in general, long walks in the woods, and trying to spend as much time as possible away from the horrible world that is modern day social media (ironic as that sounds from the guy trying to talk to random strangers on the internet).

Looking for some genuine people around my age; those who don't want to waste their lives away doom scrolling and watching soulless AI or algorithm driven videos.

I'll give you a few questions to answer, from least to most ludicrous, and we can try to get a conversation started from there.

  1. What kind of music do you listen to; what's your favourite genre, who's your favourite artist, what's your favourite song/album?

  2. Do you follow any sports? (Following F1 would be a big green flag and would spark conversation, just sayin :P) If so, who's your favourite sports player/sports team?

  3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, no budget or time restrictions, where would you go?

  4. What is the most fun "fun fact" that you can think of? On a similar note, do you have a favourite quote, and what is it?

  5. If you were to find a mysterious lamp, what would your three wishes be? (Abiding by standard genie rules; you can't wish for love, death, or more wishes. And as a bonus, no generic stuff like trying to save world hunger. Be as selfish as you want.)

Hopefully that gives you something to work with. Starting a conversation as an introvert is possibly the scariest thing you can do, especially as someone with very little social life and to a complete stranger. But life's all about taking risks, eh?

I'll leave it there for now. If you read this far, cheers. Don't feel the need to respond if nothing's striking your interest.

Sayonara,

N.
