Weighted light poles

Im looking for recommendations on some sort of weighted light pole to hang string lights on my patio. I live in an area that gets frequent enough storms that I dont want to have to worry about anything tipping over.

The other requirement is something that is rental friendly, I've seen some options, but they are rather expensive ($250 a pole) Any thoughts or ideas would we welcome!
