Anyone have a casual friendly Raidraptor deck profile I could use as a reference sheet?

Its one of those decks that has been on the back of my mind for a long time now as someone who primarily uses phantom knights as their main deck. And since i'm planning my next card order soon, thought i'd try to get a proper decklist for this archetype ready so I can look into it more finally.

By casual friendly, I just mean something in the 25-30$ range. I try to keep all my orders in that price range.
