Day 1 of getting a “mentor” and they’ve already dropped a 7-point Code of Conduct.

I now have to say “Hello (Name)”, reply in email format on WhatsApp, respond within 3 minutes, and I’m not even allowed to react to messages.

Code of Conduct for this group:

1. You'll address your Supermentor as "Hello Name".

2. All of your messages must follow this format-

   Hello (Name),

   Message Body.

   Regards

3. When asked to acknowledge, you need to write- Roll No._Fn Acknowledged.

4. To respond to any message sent by the supermentor on the group, follow this pattern-

Noted. - Super mentor has told you something and you are simply acknowledging it.

On it. - When there is an actionable item.

This is done. - When an action item has been completed.

Apologies. - Admit your mistake.

5. Do not react to our messages unless instructed otherwise.

6. TAT for the messages sent on the group is 3 minutes.

7. Messages once sent will not be edited/deleted.
