payday 2 - previously owned DLC seems to have disappeared

I haven't played payday 2 in some time - today I redownloaded it, and found that some previously owned DLCs are missing - I know that some were delisted, but it shouldn't disappear from my account. I bought Legacy collection back in 2019.

The one I noticed missing, is Butcher Mod Pack 2, which should be free - or at least mods from this DLC show as impossible to install, due to missing DLC.

By the way, some other DLC are still active, so I can choose Wick as character, and such.
