Derek Vinyard is coming to EM city

Derek is convicted of voluntary manslaughter for the murder of two individuals during a botched home invasion.
Sentence: 3 years in prison.

How tough is him? Will he lead the brotherhood or Schillinger turns him a new prag?

Derek as seen in his crime flashback

Anyway 3 years for a hate crime is very laughable! :D
