Looking for a painting by description

I am looking for a painting for which I know the following:

• It is drawn by a European artist
• It is a portrait of a black-haired young lady in an off-white dress, wearing green jewellery
• The lady is sitting on a chair with a backsrest and holding a dog of a small breed under her left hand
• at one of the painting's sides there is a small table with red flowers, while at the right side there is some tall piece of furniture with something like a cup/trophy on it

This is all I know about it. Can someone help me find the painting?
