Parya Classification?

What’s the history of the Parya language of Tajikistan?

The only information I know (Though can’t confirm) of is that their language is closest to Punjabi and Western Hindi, but it’s spoken in Tajikistan.

I’ve heard Parya also spread to Tajikistan in a much later time frame than Romani, Domari, and Lyuli people (Who are all Indo-Aryan peoples as well)
