question about arrays

So to put it simply, i have a question.

I gave one of my characters an array with 2 rank 6 weakens.

So the simple question is:

does it take an action or free action to swap the array? like if i were to try and stamina weaken and then strength weaken, would i have to use a free action to swap between them?
