Is Drake's new song a diss to Abel?

I was just checking the lyrics of What Did I Miss. Clearly some of them are a diss to LeBron James and maybe some diss mentions to Kendrick ("walking in your city", it could also be about LeBron).

But there are also some more lyrics about "betrayal" of old friends of him.

Do you think they are about Abel?
