World settings changed by itself

The pal randomizer settings and hardcore mode just got enabled somehow even though my world is about 2 weeks old so it shouldn’t even be possible. Is there anyway to turn them off now? In the world settings menu the settings are greyed out so I can’t change them and even rolling back the world through a backup of yesterday doesn’t change the settings
