Whispering on commentary BBC

Not sure if this is because this year I’ve watched almost exclusively on a Chromebook and AirPods (kids and wife don’t care for tennis) but there seems to be an almost constant background commentary whispering I can hear between points/waiting for second serves etc.

Anyone else picking up on this?
