Is it just me or Vini struggling?

Is it due to the new system or work attitude or what? Also his finishing has been terrible! He makes runs here and there but it feels like he's not enjoying himself like he has to follow absolutely orders and instructions that he seems to not be enjoying and even looks like he plays bothered or like not putting in effort
