Niantic support problems

So I emailed niantic support, because I need to change my name. Yes, I know, I’m a selfish baby. It’s a stupid cringelord 13 y/o me name, and I can’t let it go. When I emailed them, they said that my account violated terms of service for cheating, even though I don’t cheat and it’s not relevant to my… support ticket? Whatever. I didn’t get a noti in the app itself, so I don’t know what the deal is. Anyone know what’s up?
