I need help with the account

Dear roblox officials, I am in a position to meet the username, password, the day I entered my account or all the information you will ask me, I have been emailing support since 2024, but I still cannot get a proper answer, I forgot the e-mail address of my account and therefore I cannot log in, I did not verify with the phone number, my request from you is that you give me two of the numbers found in the e-mail address.

The reason I lost my account is that I formatted my phone because it was infected with a virus, and when I was logging into other accounts, I realized that I forgot the e-mail linked to my account and did not lose it anywhere, and I have been sending you an e-mail since that day.
