Any music majors open to reserving practice rooms for me? I can pay
Hey there guys, I am a student at UCLA and previously had a friend who was able to rent me practice rooms so I can practice on a real piano, up until he graduated recently. I originally was a HS drop out, played violin and piano until I had to drop out to support my family. I also had problems with addiction and am now a week out from being a year sober fron fentanyl, getting back into music has really helped during these hard times. Currently, I have been getting back into music since January and it has been incredibly healing. I have a cheap piano at home but need access to one that is like real with weighted keys, as well as the solitude that practice rooms have.
I only have like a budget of $20-30 a week of renting rooms and typically rent for 2-3Hour sessions 4-5 times weekly. I can possibly go up a little more but currently things are SUPER TIGHT financially currently. Please keep me posted, I can meet irl if you need so you can like vet the situation. I also have had no problem getting into the rooms and don't really need a key.
Hope all is well
