AITA if I break up with my boyfriend because he doesn't like therapy?(warning talking about sensitive subject)

So me 20f and my boyfriend 21m were high school sweetheart and reconnected after he moved back into my city after leaving for work. Abit of contexts for you. When I was 19 I got digested with an ed and depression because I had been going though a rough time in school and at home. But when I rekindled my relationship with him I had been alot better with my eating and the depression was dying down.

Recently, my twin sister passed away and because of this, the depression slowly came back and so did the Ed. This time it came down 10 times worse to the point where I needed therapy. So I asked my partner if he would drive me to my opintment (I didn't tell him about the therapy but he knew about the Ed and depression) but insted he screamed at me and started saying about how he hates therapy that it's a waste of money and I should just grow up and eat properly. I yelled at him and that night I slept on the couch. We haven't spoken since.
