Skyrim 202X by Pfuscher not working

so i installed this mod here to add textures to the game https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2347?tab=description

but it doesn't seem to work, i added CS, parallex meshes/terrain complex, changed the load order etc nothing seems to get it working i don't see any other thing in the requirements or anything new to enable in CS menu
