Cost of accomodation

I'm entering my second year of uni in september and just need a little advice to get a realistic idea of accomodation and whether it's worth it.

I go to uni in the same city I live in and stayed home during my first year, however, I live about an hour and a half travel by bus, which made making friends, going to lectures, society socials etc. that little bit more difficult.

I've found a decent accomodation for £134/week, including all my bills, which would work out around £5900 for the year and the maintenance loan I can get is around £8700, which would leave me with about £60/week to live off of. I have some savings that I feel like I could dip into without completely using them up, which would bring the money I have to live off weekly to around £90, rounding down, if I was strict with my money.

I don't have a part time job yet, though I'm actively looking. Would what I've worked out be realistic and workable, or are there hidden costs that will eat away more money than expected?

The accomodation would be with Best Student Homes, which I think has a good reputation, and has good reviews for everything working so I don't expect to be getting scammed out of money or having to pay lots of maintenance fees, unless someone can let me know if that's wrong and I should look elsewhere?

Thanks for any help
