Chucky dolls in car windows?

So I'm noticed around where I live in Columbia South Carolina that there are more than one vehicles that have a Chucky doll in the window and today I saw a truck that had three of them. One in each window except for the drivers seat. Does anyone know if there's something more to this or is it just a coincidence? Please Don't judge me for noticing this next part..... It is simply fact-based.... I have only seen young African-American males with these Chucky dolls in their windows. That probably has nothing to do with it, but I thought the more information I provided the more likely someone may have some insight on it. Thank you and please don't use this to get into some weird racial thing. That part might be a coincidence.
