syngonium erythrophyllum red arrow help!

I’ve had this plant for a couple of years and still can’t figure it out. My basic syngonium has been so easy (not my favorite, maybe that’s why, it’s like they know) but this one goes from being beautiful and lush to the leaves crisping and falling like this. I have crispy leaves, perfect beautiful leaves, and one pale leaf all on the same plant so it’s getting difficult narrowing down the issue.

I water it more frequently than others, have moss on it, and haven’t moved it at all. This plant has also been the only one I’ve tried to prop from (desperately bc I feel like it’s going to die all of the time) and NOT ONE has been successful. I don’t understand. What am I doing wrong?!
