Help!!

Hey!! So i just finished my 2nd year of college and i am entering into 3rd year of my B.tech CSE(Core), i am getting a good internship at a very good company but the catch is that the duration of my internship is 6 months and they want me to work from office. So how can i get NOC? And what abt my academics??
