M340i too expensive in Canada

Currently, in the market of looking for a low KM used M340i but prices are extraordinarily expensive in Canada.

Used 2021-2022 with 30,000ish KM is going for 60k CAD. Not sure if this is normal or these cars are just high in demand.

Anybody have any tips or recommendations with purchasing the M340s in Canada? Would like to hear your experiences. Thank you!
