Normal temp for vrm (tension regulator)

I would like to ask you what the normal temperature is for VRMs. Currently my vrm are at 63 degrees in game and at best are at 55 degrees in idle avctive. I have a rog strix x870e card.

You have how much temperature and is it too high? because my friends have for example 40 degrees on vrm moshpet. And his other friend has 42 degrees too
