[28 Male] Issue with frequent urination

Hi doctors,

For a year or so, I have problem with frequent urination. Sometimes I have to pee every 15-20 minutes. Of course, I try to hydrate myself and drink approximately 1.5-2.5 litres of water per day. I have attached my blood tests from last December in the comment section. I don't have any prior medical conditions.

I would like to know the possible medical conditions for this issue. And what tests can I perform to investigate this issue further?
