HELP Thank you cards

My wife and I got married in May my aunts had her bridal shower in April. I'm trying to figure out how to send both the Bridal and Wedding thank you cards, since after the bridal shower, we were in a full crunch of making sure everything was ready. Sadly, the Bridal Shower Thank You Cards had gotten pushed to the back of our minds. I know I had sent texts thanking relatives as things came in, but I know that doesn't fully count. What also doesn't help is that 2 of my other cousins are getting married a month apart from each other, so everything is a little hectic still due to those 2.
