PSA: It’s way too fucking hot to walk your dogs on blacktop!

This is to the douchebag in Kingsdale Center that was DRAGGING his dogs by their necks across the street as they were jumping around and picking up their paws because THEY WERE BURNING. I wish I would have turned around to yell at you but I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t have changed a thing. Like what were you thinking? And carelessly dragging them behind you while crossing a busy road without looking?????
