Prime subbed to a channel that no longer exists, now I can't cancel it

Title is pretty self explanatory, if I go to subscriptions and press the cogwheels to cancel/change tier, I only get the change tier option. If I press on the change tier option, it brings me to an error page because the channel no longer exists. I went to twitch help center, did some back and forth emails for a few days, did some troubleshooting on my end (different browser, different wifi, clear cookies, etc.) which did absolutely nothing. After that they said "we wish you goodluck" and stopped responding to my emails. The strange thing is their last email wasn't even talking about the right topic, they were just saying "we know how frustrating it is to not be able to access your account", even though that has nothing to do with the problem. Anyway (dont want to rant about tech support), now I'm just at the same place I was a week ago. Does anyone have a solution? Do I just try to contact them again or something? Is it actually something on my end and I'm just stupid?
