New Steelcase Amia (is a small pop or clunk normal when tilting back)

I noticed my new Steelcase Amia makes a small pop or clunk when tilting back, generally really far, but sometimes it happens a bit sooner. It's really a minor sound that just sounds like some mechanism engaging. I'm wondering if that's a defect or if that's normal. It's really the only slightly off thing I noticed, and I'm just curious if it's a normal thing or if I should call support. It was a grade A return from Crandall, and so far I've had a really great experience with them. The chair is beautiful, it's really perfect, but other than that one noise I haven't had any other problems. Previously I had a DXRacer for 10 years, so this is my first real office chair. I've heard mixed things about Crandall - some people say they're fantastic, while others say they flood the subreddit with marketing. I don't know how true that is, but I got a really great deal and so far, I'm happy (although I was skeptical).
