Toilet bowl fills with water but drains VERY slowly. Why?!

There is 0 blockage i took entire toilet off the screws in the floor... replaced the wax ring... took it outside to powerwash the shit out of every orafice its got... Also poured a 5gal bucket of water straight down the open drain pipe to make sure nothing down there clogged... nope... poured right down and drained QUICK! I jammed a plastic auger thing thru the toiled piping... Zippo... nothing there. ESP after i blasted it with powerwasher. I put ti all back together with brand new wax ring filled it and flushed... that freakin bowl fills but doesnt drain instantly. IT USED TO! What in the world is going on???
