Is my nine month old navel piercing rejecting ???

Hey everyone...my navel piercing from September 2024 has been having issues recently. There's what seems to be an irritation bump on the bottom ball, and I've been cleaning it 1-3 times a day with saline. Now I'm really worried because the skin underneath where the bar is starting to hurt. Especially when I bend down. I've bumped it a few times recently and snagged it on a clipboard at work but I'm trying my best to avoid touching it. Is my piercing rejecting ? Or just irritation ? What else can I do ? I'm planning on talking to a piercer soon but I just need advice right now.
