Desk chair recs for petite women

Hi all, just started a new tech role and I am provided with a stipend for an office chair. I’ve only ever used the cheapest option at Office Max, so I am a bit overwhelmed at all the options on the market.

What is your favorite desk chair? I am petite (5’0) and like to sit criss-cross (if that matters at all). I would love any recs that people have!
