is this a good enough multimeter for arduino?

so im 15 havent got school in 5 years and i wanted to learn and hobby around so got a arduino kit and started following paul mchwhorter i didnt know how electricity but now i have a rough grasp of how it owkrs with volt amps vurrent resistance ohms etc only took me a hour or 2 and some help from my dad

and he showed me how to use a multimeter mainly how to calculate resistance/ohms by diving voltage loss over a resistor with amps and how to measure amps like amps is the best done with having the end loose and closing it off with the multimeter into another wire (best i can explain the amps thing) and volts well is any ground point in that circut or any circuit but not sure about that and then just take the other pin and u know measuer it before the resistor after etc

but im getting one of my own itsn ice to have and to just see how much voltage and amps is running trough somewhere just in case weve been looking around but i also wanted to ask here is this a good one?
