Is there any way to get better picture quality on this thing?

The resolution shows as 1080p, however the bitrate on the picture quality in both streaming from cloud and streaming from my ps5 is incredibly bad. Iv tried now on my home network wich is high speed, and now on my cousins net wich is also is high speed so i dont understand why its so bad. Is there any way around this? I dont expect it to look like my tv, but atleast not this bad.
