AIO 23M calling off our wedding 23F right before ceremony

I don’t know what to do. My husband (we are legally married already) has told me he wants a divorce for the few days leading up to the wedding. However, he always back tracks and tells me he loves me & never wants to lose me. Our wedding is in less than an hour, 30 minutes before my bridal makeup appointment, he tells me it is over and wants a divorce. Now, he is texting me apologizing- stating he is certain & no more changing his mind.
