Living with smokers

Hi all, I’m currently a teen living with her mom and boyfriend. I have moderate asthma and am on medication for it (daily and emergency). My mom’s boyfriend smokes weed and cigarettes, and my mom has started smoking it too. As much as I hate it, I can’t rlly do anything till I move out. The smoke really triggers my asthma and I don’t know what to do. Most of the time I stay in my room, but when I come out to eat and stuff I have an asthma attack nearly every time. Is there anything else I can do to help this?
