Heroic games launcher : can’t connect to EGS and Amazon games

Hello everyone,

Since last week, I’ve been unable to use the Heroic Game Launcher. It started when I got disconnected from Epic Games, and I’ve tried everything to fix it—clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher, etc.

Now, when I try to log in, I get stuck on the "Logging in" screen and then get sent back to the account selection page.

The same thing happens with the second login method. However, logging in through the browser works fine—I’m able to connect without any issues there.

As for Amazon Games, I can’t even get to the login screen—I just get stuck on “Preparing login.”

Has anyone experienced this or know of a fix?
