Is it bad to have too many jobs you didnt work at long on your resume?

Question

So in March I quit my job due to health reasons, and from March to April was unemployed. I started a job in April and was there for a month before I found a new job because the current job was not giving me enough hours or paying enough. Im at this job and am a bit worried about staying here, for one because the management has not seemed like its on top of things (I had my first day half a month after the day I was supposed to and I had to text and call management multiple times to get my start date ready), and secondly the hours here seem very inconsistent and like I may get sent home during a shift, and overall just a lot of red flags that make me worried if I'll even be able to make rent here.

My question is if I can find a better job is it ok to have my health related unemployment period and then two jobs that are a month long? I only ever quit jobs if they dont meet my financial needs (minus the one where I left due to health concerns), but I also dont know if a resume with a month of unemployment and then two month long employment periods would just get it thrown in the trash. I do want a new job if possible, but should I just stay here and get a second job so its not a second short period job?
