my eyes are killing me

so I finished my six months of 40mg over a week ago and as it goes in summer i've been swimming. however when I swim and the tiniest bit of water gets in my eye they burn insanely. my light sensitivity has also gotten super bad to the point where I can barely open my eyes in bright sun. this has gotten to the point of almost agony. does anyone have any advice or any hopeful tales of their eyes going back to normal!?
