Headache/pain happening day after having aura normal?

When sometimes I’m not sure if it’s actually an aura or if it’s just my eyes. Most of the time when I think I’m having an aura I won’t get the head pain until the next day or hours later.

Sometimes I’ll see mini rainbow sparkly specks floating around on and off day before the pain starts.
