Common Law Financial Disclosure

:24px-Flag_of_Ontario:Ontario

I am in a common law relationship in Ontario. If we seperate do we have to disclose all our financials. I believe he wont want to and I also dont want to. He has a spending problem. Restaurants, weed, beer, drugs.
I am a stay at home mom to our 4 year old. Both vehicles in his name. He has all the power in this relationship. I have kept my savings and RRSP private. He assumes I jave nothing, but is always asking if I can borrow money for him.

If we seperate will I have to disclose that I have money. He eill be so angry as he says we are living hand to mouth and I spend too much on groceries. Not admitting his drig and alcohol problem.

I think he would agree to no disclosure because it would expose his spending habits.

But is it mandatory to disclose everything to figure child support and spousal support as I have no job yet.

Currently I have not mentioned this to him. Everytime he is angry he threatens to leave. I would be happy if he left because the constant control he has over me is making me physically ill.
