Vapor barrier above grade basement wall with moisture

I live in Northwest Indiana and half my basement is full concrete, and the back half is half wooden studs half concrete. There is a vapor barrier on the top half since it isn’t underground (I’m assuming that’s why it’s wooden walls?) but I have noticed a ton of moisture on the other side of the vapor barrier. It makes sense that there is moisture there, it’s been very hot and humid and my basement is very cold so the condensation forming makes sense to me, but at the same time it doesn’t seem good.

I checked under the white blanketing at the bottom that covers the concrete part of the wall and there is no pooling or anything. My full concrete walls also are not wet/moist.

I’m not sure what to do. This seems like a perfect recipe for mold.
