What happens if I don’t attend my professional exam booking?

I start my new job a week after the professional booking window closes, and i’ll find out then if I can sit it. My manager is on AL so I can’t really contact her.

I’m thinking of just booking the exam and if I can’t do it I just want attend but i’m not really to sure how it will affect me, will it count as an attempt?
