It's good to use a laptop while charging

I mean I just bought a lenovo loq 9th gen (15 intel) model laptop with rtxtm 3050, and I wanted to know if it is good or bad that I use it while charging, can I use it while charging?

No problem, and if you can recommend things that I should NOT do using a lenovo loq 9th gen (15 intel) laptop with rtxtm 3050

Pls
