HCA Interview

Just got an interview invite for an HCA position in emergency and I'm super excited! I’m currently a nursing student and won’t be eligible to work as a UNE for another year and a half, but after working with some amazing HCAs during my clinicals, I’ve realized it’s something I genuinely want to do in the meantime for the next 2 years.

The interview is with AHS and it's in a more rural setting. I’ve been going over common interview questions online, but I was wondering if anyone here has any tips or advice specific to HCA interviews with AHS—especially in emergency or rural areas? Would love to hear your experiences or anything you think I should know going in!
